Fitness 4 Elements

My holistic fitness concept “Fitness 4 Elements” comprises four modules, 
which are assigned to the 4 essential elements of our life: Air - Earth - Water - Fire. 


The aim of this workout is to improve physical fitness in a natural environment, to become aware of the elements of nature and the environment, and to harmonize body, mind and soul. To get out of the circle of thoughts and arrive in a natural state of “being” and well-being.


Each module can be booked individually or as a complete package.

The training can be persona or for groups up to 4 people.


- Air - 

In this module we consciously pay attention to our breathing during training. We reach over 100 meters in altitude and train in various stages:

Mobility, coordination, cardiovascular, balance, strength and stretching. I finish with a guided breathing exercise that brings us into the here and now. 


In doing so, I respond to the individual needs and respective training condition.

- Earth -

Come into conscious contact with the element earth. 

We connect with grass, earth, sand and stones and train on natural forest soil. We also focus on mobility, coordination, cardiovascular health, balance, strength and stretching.

- Water -

In this module we connect with the element of water. This training therefore takes place by a river or a lake. After we have trained our mobility, coordination, cardiovascular system, balance and strength and our bodies have warmed up well, a dip in the cool water is a pleasant refreshment. Alternatively, if you don't want to take the plunge, you can enjoy a meditative experience on the shore to the sound of the water.

The element of water stands for emotion and has the power to wash away negative energies.

- Feuer -

In the “Fire” module, we learn Latin American dance steps to fiery rhythms. We train coordination, mobility and cardiovascular skills and strengthen our range of movement and zest for life. 

As an alternative to dance or to complement it, we perform a series of yoga poses (sun salutations) and train balance and stretching.
