Also it stabilises the sense of balance and helps prevent unwished falls.

Yin Yoga


Unlike most styles of yoga, which focus on engaging the muscles, Yin Yoga aims to relax the muscles and stretch the connective tissue and the fascia.


The passive phases in Yin Yoga, during which the asanas are held, promote inner calm and help to promote relaxation in the whole body.
